Club Scrap Watercolor Christmas Blog Hop!

Welcome to the Club Scrap Christmas Blog hop.
This years special release kit is Watercolor Christmas.
Club Scrap had a guest artist for this kit, Swarup Murthy
and her work is just beautiful!

With Christmas quickly approaching I decide to make a mini Project Life album utilizing the kit. I still haven't decided if I will give it as a gift or keep it to document our Christmas,

I just LOVE the cardinal, so I decided to highlight him on the front page.

I never realized how perfectly the Club Scrap cut aparts worked for  pocket pages. They are a perfect fit! I especially loved the cut aparts in this kit and was glad I was able to use most of them in this album.

 Thanks for stopping by today!
Please leave some love and you will have another chance to win by holiday Club Scrap goody box.
I will be announcing the winner right here on New Year's Eve.

I am the final stop on the hop. If you lost your way or just want to see all the amazing projects one more time head back to the Club Scrap Blog.

Or you can head to the Club Scrap store to get your very own Watercolor Christmas collection.

Christmas Cheer

Today I am sharing a quick Holiday gift idea.
Adult coloring books are all the rage right now. I find coloring very relaxing and I love the idea of carrying one around with a set of markers to use at any time.
I also love all of my amazing Club Scrap stamps and I am on a mission to use them all (at least once).
So, I decided to make my own coloring book!

I had bought a  spiral bound art journal at
AC Moore and got to work making a Club Scrap coloring book!

Club Scrap has so many stamps that are perfect for a coloring book, I had a hard time choosing what stamps to use!

These are from the Woven Strands Collection. Aren't they perfect?

These next pages are from various Club Scrap kits. If you are looking for a great deal check out this grab bag of Seconds unmounted rubber!

And of course, I could not forget, Mr and Mrs Gnome!

I put this together in less than an hour. So it is also a great last minute gift idea.
I hope I have inspired you to try something new!

Don't forget to leave a comment for a chance to win a Club Scrap goodie box that will definitely have a collection of unmounted stamps!

Smiling's My Favorite

Image result for elf the movie

Welcome back for the second day of Elf and Club Scrap!
I picked this quote today not only because it is AWESOME but also because it goes nicely with my Club Scrap project for today!

One of my favorite things about Club Scrap is the versatility I get from their products.
I am able to create all types of paper crafts with my Club Scrap items, in addition to amazing scrapbook layouts and cards.

My project for today is a great example of this!
At work I am hosting an "Elf on the Shelf" to get everyone in the Holiday Spirit.
While on Pinterest I found this:

Elf Photo Booth with Fun Printable Mini Photo Props! LivingLocurto.com

I decided I wanted to recreate a photo back drop but I wanted to have more than one background choice. Thanks to Club Scrap I had the book board I needed to create a stand and the back drops.

I started with three pieces of 12x12 book board. I  used both side of each so we would have 6 different options. I selected some printed papers and some plain papers to use.

For the first background, I used my snowflake stamps from Club Scrap Joyful. I embossed them and added bling in the centers.

For the next one I used stamps from A Very Groovy Christmas.

The last one I decorated with sticker letters and some clip art!

For a patterned background I chose a paper from Take Wing.

And of course no holiday photo shoot would be complete with out Mr. Gnome!

I then used some random book board from my Pizza Box of Book Board to create a stand to hold the 12x12 backgrounds.
It may not be the prettiest stand but no one sees it and it does the job.

We even provided a fun box of props complete with boas, hats and mini cut outs.

A good time was had by all!

Don't forget to leave a comment. One lucky reader will win their very own Club Scrap pizza box completely full with Club Scrap goodness!

Please stop by tomorrow to see what the Elves and I are up to!

Elf and Club Scrap Christmas Count Down

"Buddy the Elf, What's Your Favorite Color?"

Today I kick off my Christmas Count Down. Each day from now until Christmas I will be posting an Elf quote and a Club Scrap project.

Each day you visit and leave a comment will get you a chance at an exciting prize!
At the end of December I will be giving away a Club Scrap pizza box chock full of Club Scrap products. I promise it will be an AMAZING box of scrapping goodness!

The first item added to the pizza prize box is the "I'll Be Gnome for Christmas Unmounted/Stencil Set"

I used these stamps to create my first project!
A Gnome for the Holidays Memento Holder!

I just love how this turned out. For the covers I stamped the holly stamp from the unmounted stamps. I colored the leaves in with my Big Brush markers and added some Crystal Effects to the holly berries. I used ribbon from the kit and some bells and a star from my stash.

All of the paper and the cut a parts are from the original Club Scrap kit.

I just LOVE everything about this project.
What a great way to document all your Holiday Happenings.
The Memento Holder would also make the perfect holiday gift!
Head over to Club Scrap and pick one up. You will be so glad you did!

So for your first chance to win leave a comment and tell me what your favorite color is and don't forget to check back tomorrow for more Elf and Club Scrap!
