Club Scrap Wisteria Blog Hop

Welcome Club Scrap Blog Hoppers!

So last month for the Club Scrap Hopes Hop I made a paper dress with the Hopes kit. I decided to make paper dresses my focus for the monthly Club Scrap Hop. So here is my creation with the Wisteria Kit.
This creation is a more conservative look. I used the solid purple from the kit to create the skirt and the patterned cream for the top. Creating clothing with fabric is way easier but I am getting more adept at manipulating paper.  I used  white and cream fabric flowers from the embellishment pack to decorate the waist and purple bling from stash.
And again a girl always needs jewelry so I added a pearl necklace!

Thanks so much for stopping by today.
The next stop on the Club Scrap Blog Hop is Anne over at crzymomstidbits.blogspot.com
If you missed the start of the Club Scrap Hop head to CS Creates to start from the beginning!
Wishing you a wonderfully creative day!

AnneMarie--that is SO cool. And elegant. (The pearls add just the right touch, too.) Love this edition. I can't WAIT to see what you make with the fabulous Tribal patterns next month!

Too cute! I love that you will showcase each month collection as a dress. Neat idea. Takes the guess work out of what comes next. LOL! The pearls, are a great touch!

So creative and you are right, paper is not easy to work with in this type of application, but you rocked it! Love the little necklace too.

Love the dress making idea, but not always an easy feat with cardstock for sure, but you make it look so good! Way cool!

I was also thinking it looked very "first lady"ish. I love that you have a theme going here, makes it fun looking forward to seeing your choices!

With these paper dresses as your blog hop focus, you'll accumulate quite a collection. It's neat seeing the papers interpreted in this very different way!

This is such a clever idea. I wish I had thought of it six months ago. I'd have a roomful of these beauties by now.
