So every year my family goes away for a week to what I loving refer to as "camp". Think "Dirty Dancing" just not as glamourous and there is no Patrick Swazye! It is my favorite week of the year as I do not have to cook or make a bed and it is the one week of the year I can do nothing and not feel any guilt! Every year I bring my scrap stuff and have time for myself.
We are currently at "camp" and I have made this mini toilet paper roll album. This is an awesome project my friend Judy found and it is quick to put together. If you would like to make one you can find it here. I can tell you that my pictures do not do this project justice.

The Club Scrap Picnic Kit was the perfect collection for an album of camp pictures. I just LOVE this kit. It is so bright and happy and perfect for summer pictures!

This is the album from the front.
Inside you create a paper hing system and then the pages are flattened toilet paper rolls that are just covered with paper.

Since you use toilet paper rolls each page is a pocket that can hold a tag.

Club Scrap "Trees" Blog Hop

Welcome to the Trees Blog Hop.

If you arrived here from Cathy's blog you are in the right place. If you have lost your way you can return to Club Scrap Creates blog to see the full list of all the talented bloggers participating today.

We recently transitioned to new software at work. As I run a Pediatric Telemedicine program, without our software the program can not function. The transition has been challenging for my staff as they now need to log into three separate systems to complete the visits. They have been encountering different issues trying to complete visits and it is difficult to trouble shoot over the phone with them. I decided to create notebooks for them to log issues while out in the field.

I wanted it to be a binder so pages could be added and removed. I also wanted it to be compact and not take up a lot of space. I used mat board from Club Scrap to create the two covers and spine. I found the perfect size for the covers in pounds of mat board I had purchased from Club Scrap.

The Trees paper made a beautiful notebook. But I also made four more with different Club Scrap kits. One is from Science, two are Serenity and the last is Sonoma. I had so much fun making them I didn't want to stop.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Your next stop on the hop is to Anne's Blog.

"Big Deal" Blog Hop

Welcome to the Big Deal Blog Hop!

I created a quick project this month. I am trying to complete a calendar layout every month and use it to document the year. My master plan is to use them in a scrapbook of my family for the year. We will see how successful I am.

I used my HPOP of paper to make the 2inch squares for each day. I used the white paper and stamped it with various stamps from the kit. I also used the large spade stamp for the big hearts and the small heart stamp for the small hearts.
