Paper Dress Number 3

Welcome to the  Club Scrap Creates Tribal Blog Hop. So for this months dress I received moral and creative support and I actually had this dress finished a week in advance. Considering I made last month's dress the night before, this was an amazing feat!

So here is my Tribal creation!

So for this dress I tried a new technique. For the skirt I cut strips of paper and then using my scor-pal I scored 1/4 inch in on each side. I did this for all 5 strips. I then glued the strips together on those 1/4 inch strips creating a seam. I used sewing principals but instead of sewing the seam allowance I just glued them.
Hear is a picture of the back so you can really see the strips.

And as always, accessories. Just a simple necklace from black wax linen thread!

Thanks so much for stopping by today.
The next stop on the Club Scrap Blog Hop is Anne over at crzymomstidbits.blogspot.com
If you missed the start of the Club Scrap Hop head to CS Creates to start from the beginning!
Wishing you a wonderfully creative day!
